By following the guide outlined in this article and downloading the PDF guide, developers can quickly and easily learn how to use MSFlexGrid in VB6 and start building powerful grid-based user interfaces.
Private Sub ExportGridToPDF() Dim pdf As New PDFCreator Dim i As Integer, j As Integer Dim x As Single, y As Single Dim rowHeight As Single, colWidth As Single pdf.CreatePDF "C:\Report.pdf" pdf.SetFont "Arial", 10, Regular pdf.DrawText 50, 50, "Sales Report"
Inserts a new row of data into the grid at runtime.
VB6 was released long before PDF became a universal standard. While VB6 includes a PrintForm method and data report designer, there is no direct command like MSFlexGrid1.ExportToPDF . Attempts to print the grid using Printer.Print often result in poor formatting, cut-off columns, and no vector-quality output. Msflexgrid In Vb6 Pdf Download

MSFlexGrid is a grid control that was introduced by Microsoft as part of the Visual Basic 6 (VB6) development environment. It was designed to provide a flexible and customizable way to display and edit data in a grid-based format. The control allowed developers to create complex grid-based user interfaces with ease, making it a popular choice among VB6 developers. By following the guide outlined in this article
A better approach: Use an OLE container (like a hidden RTF or Excel object) to receive grid data and print to PDF.
' Data rows For i = 1 To MSFlexGrid1.Rows - 1 html = html & "<tr>" For j = 0 To MSFlexGrid1.Cols - 1 html = html & "<td>" & MSFlexGrid1.TextMatrix(i, j) & "</td>" Next j html = html & "</tr>" Next i
For those looking for a comprehensive guide on using the control in Visual Basic 6.0, several high-quality PDF resources and tutorials are available online. The MSFlexGrid is a powerful tool for displaying, sorting, and merging tabular data, though it is primarily read-only unless combined with other controls like a text box for in-cell editing. Example using SendKeys (not robust but simple):
If you have been working with legacy desktop applications, you have likely encountered the control in Visual Basic 6.0 (VB6) . This powerful grid control allows developers to display and manipulate tabular data efficiently. However, one of the most common pain points for VB6 developers is the lack of native support for exporting the contents of an MSFlexGrid directly to a PDF file.
A brand new recipe and video for you as I continue my mini Summer-series about making the Ultimate S’mores!
Hi! I hope you had a wonderful Holiday last week (maybe some of you even stretched it all the way through the weekend!) If you follow me on Instagram, (especially insta-stories) you would have seen our family adventure through the heartland of America this last week!
We got to spend the Fourth of July in Pawhuska, Oklahoma where we had the full experience with our dear friend Betsy and her family. If you scroll down HERE, there is a beautiful picture of the girls in their Fourth of July duds.
Then we road tripped all the way to St Louis, Missouri so that we could spend a few days supporting Pia as she battled it out at Nationals for Fencing. It was pretty nuts, but sometimes I can’t believe how tough this girl is- like so much stronger than I ever was (and maybe still am.) She placed 18th in the nation for her age group (Y10) and qualified for Y12, which was a big deal in itself. Now I will quit geeking out on fencing and tell you that it was amazing to get home and that on Sunday night we hosted the whole family for dinner.
When I say whole family, I mean over 20 people with my and Pete’s immediate family. So, a lot of people.
And guess what we had for dessert????
You’ve got it! S’mores!!!!
Well at least for the kids (and kids at heart) we had homemade marshmallows (we have quite a stash right now), chocolate bars of every variety and last but not least: homemade graham crackers that are vegan and gluten-free! Check out the recipe below and the video above and I hope you enjoy!
Homemade Graham Crackers (Vegan and Gluten-Free)
Author: Heather Christo
Prep time:
Cook time:
Total time:
Serves: 16
Ingredients
1 cup all gluten-free all-purpose baking flour (I use bobs red mill brand)
1 cup brown rice flour
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup vegan butter, chilled and cubed
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons agave
1 tablespoon mollases
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In food processor, add flour blend, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt and butter. Pulse until blended and resembles cornmeal. Add water, agave, molasses and vanilla. Blend until dough comes together. Add an extra tablespoon of water, if needed.
Place dough onto lined baking sheet. Place another piece of parchment paper on top of dough and roll out, until even thickness. Dough should reach to the edges of the pan. Using a pizza cutter, score the dough into desired squares/rectangles. Prick dough with fork in an even pattern. Sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon blend.
Bake crackers for 15-17 minutes, or until edges begin to brown. Remove from oven. While still warm and on the pan, carefully cut crackers along score-lines with sharp knife. Allow to cool on pan for 10 minutes. Cool crackers completely on cooling rack. Store in airtight container.

I used agave not honey.
I cannot wait to try these. My son is gfdf (he has autism) and it is so hard to find him snacks he can eat, thanks!
These are super good!!! I used 1/4 cup white sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar to ensure a crispy cookie. They are so flavorful!
Thank you Denise!
