Just Cause 2 has a few notorious bugs regarding saving. Here is how to fix them.
A unique characteristic of JC2 is its refusal to save exact player coordinates. Upon loading a save or continuing after death, the player is moved to the "nearest friendly location" (a conquered Stronghold). save game just cause 2
