The story follows Manohar and his joint family as they move into their dream home on the 13th floor. While the family settles in, Manohar notices odd occurrences: the elevator refuses to work for him, and a new TV serial titled Yavarum Nalam (Everyone is Well) begins airing at exactly 1:00 PM.
