Check the sticker on the back of your TV (e.g., 55G2, 43TB7000).
Use this method if the TV is stuck in a boot loop or if OTA is unavailable. Format the Drive: Use a USB flash drive (8GB–32GB) formatted to Prepare the File: Download the firmware (usually a file). Rename it to MstarUpgrade.bin upgrade_loader.pkg if specifically instructed by the technical documentation. Place the file in the root directory of the USB (not inside any folders). Flashing Process: Turn off the TV and unplug it from power. Insert the USB drive. Press and hold the Power Button
