Fiat Ducato Sketchup -

I don't need a 3D rim, just the tire bulge. I tried the Artisan Toolset (SubD) to subdivide a cylinder, but it made 50,000 polygons. Does anyone have a low-poly "off-road" tire .skp they can share?

Many automotive suppliers provide 3D files in STEP or IGES format. SketchUp Pro (not the web free version) can import these via the "DXF/DWG" importer. If you find a "Fiat Ducato Chassis Cab" CAD file from a bodybuilder's website, you can import it, clean the mesh, and strip it down to a lightweight SketchUp model.
