Step 2: On the Milestones sheet, manually type all 170 milestones (or copy from the official VB-Mapp guide). Step 3: In cell A1, add a dropdown for "Student Name" using Data Validation. Step 4: Use VLOOKUP to pull student-specific data from a "StudentData" sheet if you manage a classroom. Step 5: Apply Conditional Formatting to the TrackingGrid .
