The story of Raaz - The Mystery Continues... picks up where the first film left off. The main protagonist, Manisha (played by Hema Kadlak), is a successful model who, along with her family, moves into a new home. As strange occurrences begin to plague her, she realizes that the house is haunted by a malevolent spirit. This spirit, which we later learn is that of a young woman named Neelam (played by a special appearance by Pooja Chopra), was brutally murdered in the house several years ago.
