Plugin [exclusive] Downloader Aliucord (Android)

It functions directly within the chat interface, specifically in #plugin-links and #plugin-links-updates channels on the Aliucord Support Server.

The acts as a built-in "app store" for Aliucord plugins. Rather than manually downloading .jar files from GitHub and placing them in specific folders, the downloader automates the entire cycle: plugin downloader aliucord
