| Problem | Likely Cause | AutoSprink Fix | | :--- | :--- | :--- | | Zone won't turn on | Solenoid dead or wire broken | Check continuity at terminal with a multimeter (24V AC expected). | | Zone won't turn off | Stuck debris in valve | Turn dial to "Off." If water still flows, the valve is mechanical, not electrical. Clean the valve diaphragm. | | All zones fail | Master valve issue or no power | Check the pump relay. Is the "MV" light on the controller glowing? | | Controller resets randomly | Transformer overload | Unplug everything. Plug in one zone at a time. If it resets on Zone 4, you have a short in that wire. | Don’t skip
