If you see an error stating nppc64_11.dll was not found , it usually means the NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit 11 or a specific application's required drivers are missing or corrupted.
Open Control Panel > Programs and Features . Step 2: Locate Nitro PDF Pro (or Nitro Pro) in the list. Step 3: Right-click it and select Uninstall/Change . Step 4: Restart your computer completely. Step 5: Download the latest version of Nitro PDF Pro from the official Nitro website (do not use third-party downloaders). Step 6: Reinstall the software. The installer will automatically place nppc64-11.dll in the correct directory ( C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\11 or similar). nppc64-11.dll
