Rk Android Tool (often called AndroidTool or FactoryTool) is a Windows-based application that communicates with Rockchip devices in or Mask ROM Mode . It bypasses the normal Android boot process to perform low-level read/write operations on the internal storage (eMMC/NAND).

Run RkAndroidTool.exe as Administrator. You should see the interface with a green square (or a "Found One Loader Device" message) at the bottom left. If it says "No Devices Found", reinstall drivers or re-enter loader mode.
