If you see missing textures or errors in games, re-run the offline installer again; it adds missing files without breaking newer ones. download directx for windows 10 offline installer
Navigate to the temp folder (use %temp% in File Explorer). Look for a subfolder containing multiple .cab files and DXSETUP.exe . Windows 10 already includes DirectX 11
Once you run the offline installer, you can verify it worked: re-run the offline installer again
