The Sims 3 , however, does not do this. If you play at 4K, the game simply displays more pixels in the same physical space. It renders the UI at a 1:1 pixel ratio. The result? The interface becomes microscopic.
Start the game. Go into Options → Screen Size. Ensure your resolution is set to your monitor's native resolution (e.g., 2560x1440). Check the bottom-right corner of the screen.
