Lightroom Preset.rar

If you have found a legitimate .rar file, you cannot just import it into Lightroom as-is. Lightroom cannot read compressed folders. You must "unzip" or extract the contents first.

Right-click the file and select or "Extract to [Folder Name]" . This will reveal the actual preset files, which usually end in .xmp (for modern Lightroom) or .lrtemplate (for older versions).
