This paper examines the operational framework of WF Gaming Store , a hypothetical hybrid retailer that integrates physical and digital sales, community building, and competitive gaming events. Using a qualitative case study approach, the paper analyzes WF Gaming Store’s inventory management, loyalty programs, and omnichannel strategy. Findings suggest that success in modern game retail depends on diversifying beyond software sales into hardware, peripherals, collectibles, and experiential services (e.g., e-sports lounges). The study concludes with recommendations for sustaining growth in a post-retail apocalypse environment.
