The story follows (played by Patricia Velasquez ), a former supermodel who gathers annually with her close-knit group of lesbian friends at a secluded beach resort to celebrate her birthday. This year, however, Liz is hiding a terminal cancer diagnosis, determined to spend her remaining time living fully rather than seeking pity.
