The official downloads are exclusively for Windows ( .exe ) and macOS.
Follow the normal Windows installation wizard. Deselect “ASIO4ALL” during installation (ASIO is tricky on Linux; use ALSA instead). and select your downloaded flstudio_installer

A "prefix" is essentially a fake C: drive. It is highly recommended to use a clean prefix specifically for FL Studio to avoid conflicts. Follow the normal Windows installation wizard
