The King, always eager to bring prosperity to his kingdom, was intrigued. However, Rajguru’s real plan was to humiliate Tenali. He convinced the King that Tenali, known for his wit and occasional exaggerations, should be the one to hold the stone. If Tenali failed, he would be banished for "polluting the kingdom with lies."

By Episode 60, the show is well into its stride. King Krishnadevaraya (played by Manav Gohil) is at his majestic, quick-tempered best, and Tathacharya (Vineet Kumar) is in full scheming Brahmin mode. The episode revolves around a classic Tenali Rama trope: a near-impossible challenge with a royal consequence.

A farmer brings a handful of soil.
