If you watch shark movies for the carnage, Deep Blue Sea 2 delivers. The opening scene alone dispatches three poachers in increasingly elaborate ways. The film doesn’t skimp on the red stuff. There is a particular scene involving a helicopter and a shark leaping thirty feet out of the water that rivals the original’s famous "jump-scare" breaching scene.
