The "Timetable" files control the flow of the game’s logic. Using the Toolkit, modders have discovered that many of the game’s "glitches" are actually just mistimed script triggers. The Toolkit allows you to shift cutscene triggers by milliseconds, effectively fixing the "loading loop" glitches that trap players in an endless void.
