Reset [hot] | Blackberry Evolve Hard
Use this method if you cannot access the settings menu, the screen is frozen, or you’ve forgotten your password. This uses Android’s native (BlackBerry Evolve runs on Android).
This appears when the system files are damaged. When you see this message, press the Power button (it says "Try again" or "Factory reset"). Immediately perform the "Wipe data/factory reset" from the recovery menu. Do not select "Try again."

The phone will now reboot. The first boot will take 5–10 minutes as it rebuilds the system.
If your screen is stuck on a single image or the touch response has failed, try this method first. It is the safest way to troubleshoot.
