Autodesk’s activation servers for 2009 products are offline. You must use offline/manual activation . During activation, choose "I have an activation code from Autodesk" and follow the prompt to generate a request code. Use that request code with your serial number on Autodesk’s legacy activation website (search "Autodesk legacy activation").

Download and install QuickTime 7.7.9 (the final Windows version) before running the ImageModeler installer. Note that Apple no longer supports QuickTime on Windows due to security risks—uninstall it after installing ImageModeler if you are concerned.
