Remove the two T4 Torx screws securing the speaker casing at the bottom. Peel away the dampening white glue around its perimeter and lift out the loudspeaker. Remove the single T4 Torx screw holding the 3.5 mm headphone jack assembly and lift it clear.

Insert a razor blade at the top earpiece gap just enough to create a separation. Slip a thin plastic business card or opening pick into the gap. Slide the card along the left, right, and bottom curved edges to slice through the softened adhesive tape.
