While Far Harbor is technically DLC, it’s considered part of the "vanilla+" experience. At on The Island, the merchant sometimes stocks a "Worn Vault 111 Jumpsuit" that matches the Scavver texture. Additionally, the NPC Scribe (a traveling armor merchant) who roams the Commonwealth has a small chance to sell the Scavver variant.
