Network delays or an incorrect mobile number on file. Fix: Do not repeatedly click "Resend," as this resets the timer. Verify that the mobile number linked to your RAKEZ file is active. If you changed your number without updating RAKEZ, you cannot log in until you submit a change request form.

If the RAKEZ 360 portal login is completely inaccessible due to a system outage or frozen account, you can still manage urgent tasks via offline channels:

Your role (e.g., employee visa) has expired, or the company license is canceled. Fix: Only active authorized signatories or managing directors can log in. If your visa was transferred to another company, your RAKEZ 360 access is automatically revoked.
