Goanimate Wrapper 2.0.0 💯

The 2.0.0 release often introduced compatibility with features that were previously restricted. It allowed for better handling of the "Chart" system (the timeline where scenes are arranged) and improved the reliability of the text-to-speech integrations that were iconic to the GoAnimate style.

With the official move to Vyond, users lost ownership of their workflow; they were renting a service. Wrapper 2.0.0 gave control back to the user. It allowed for the storage of assets locally on a hard drive. This meant animators no longer had to worry about a company deleting a favorite prop or changing a subscription tier that locked essential features. The 2.0.0 release cemented the idea that these creative tools belonged to the community, not a corporation.
